At BALMUDA, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition and packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original box with all included accessories and manuals to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
